If you are planning a day trip over to the Isle of Wight then Ocean Village is just a short walk or drive away from the Isle of Wight Ferry terminal which has been the gateway to the Island since 1861. Or you could charter Ramosseas and enjoy a tailored trip over to the Island. Also a short walk from the marina is the very popular Oxford Street with its many restaurants and trendy bars and a few minutes further is Southampton town centre.
